Accenture Makes Strategic Investment In WEVO To Expand AI-Driven Customer Research Capabilities

Accenture has made a strategic investment in WEVO, a customer research platform that uses generative AI to simulate and validate user behavior before companies launch new products or services. The investment, led by Accenture Ventures, will integrate WEVO’s technology into Accenture Song’s GrowthOS platform, which is designed to help enterprises convert customer needs into scalable revenue with greater accuracy and speed.

The partnership addresses a critical challenge facing businesses: how to respond to rapidly evolving customer expectations. Research indicates that three in four customers want companies to react more quickly to their needs, pushing organizations to reduce development cycles and eliminate costly guesswork. By bringing WEVO’s simulation and validation capabilities into GrowthOS, Accenture aims to help clients build, test and validate ideas with evidence-based clarity before going to market.

WEVO’s platform enables teams to evaluate value propositions and product experiences using both synthetic personas and real users, generating behavioral insights within hours rather than weeks. This approach helps organizations prioritize ideas with the highest probability of success, increase return on investment, and mitigate risk.

Founded in 2017, WEVO applies large-scale human insight combined with AI-driven simulation to predict how target audiences will respond to products, campaigns, and digital experiences. Global brands use its tools to refine marketing strategies, guide product developmen,t and improve customer journeys.

With this investment, WEVO will join Accenture Ventures’ Project Spotlight program, which gives enterprise technology companies access to Accenture’s vast industry knowledge and global client network to accelerate their growth. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Accenture noted that the addition of WEVO will help strengthen clients’ ability to innovate confidently by validating customer responses earlier in the development process. WEVO’s leadership said the investment reinforces its mission to pair human empathy with AI speed to reshape how organizations bring new experiences to market.
