Accesso Acquires Dexibit To Launch Cross Platform AI Analytics Platform For Visitor Attractions

Accesso Technology Group announced the acquisition of Dexibit Limited, a purpose-built AI and analytics platform for the visitor attractions industry, marking a significant expansion of its data and intelligence capabilities across global leisure, entertainment, and cultural venues.

The deal introduces accesso Intelligence, a new AI-powered, cross-platform solution designed to unify and activate data across an operator’s entire ecosystem. The platform connects information from ticketing, eCommerce, food and retail, operations, guest feedback, and third-party systems into a single intelligence layer, enabling faster and more informed decision-making.

Operators in the attractions sector often face fragmented data environments, where critical insights remain siloed across multiple systems. With growing operational complexity and rising guest expectations, accesso aims to address this challenge by enabling real-time insights and actionable intelligence through a conversational AI interface.

Dexibit brings an established cross-vendor intelligence platform built on integrations with more than 100 systems, alongside years of aggregated industry data and benchmarking. Its capabilities include data management, machine learning forecasting, and generative insights into visitor behavior, serving major museums, aquariums, and attractions worldwide.

The combined platform is designed to empower operators to quickly understand performance trends, identify opportunities, and implement changes directly across accesso’s ticketing, virtual queuing, and retail solutions. By placing insights directly into the hands of operational decision-makers, accesso Intelligence aims to bridge the gap between data analysis and execution.

The acquisition represents a broader strategic shift beyond embedding AI within individual products. Instead, accesso is introducing a unified intelligence layer that enhances the entire operational ecosystem, allowing venues to optimize performance holistically rather than in isolated systems.

Accesso, which supports more than 1,100 venues globally, continues to invest in research and development to evolve its technology stack and meet changing consumer expectations. The addition of Dexibit strengthens its ability to deliver integrated, data-driven solutions across the full guest experience lifecycle.
