ActBlue Acquires Hey Victor to Expand Low-Cost Campaign Websites for Democrats

By Amit Chowdhry • Jan 21, 2026

ActBlue has acquired Hey Victor, a website-building platform for Democratic campaigns, and will operate it as “Hey Victor by ActBlue.” The company said the move expands its down-ballot toolkit and is intended to make modern campaign websites more accessible to candidates without large budgets or specialized digital teams.

ActBlue said Hey Victor’s service starts at $40 per month and will remain available to existing customers without interruption during a backend integration period. After integration, ActBlue plans for campaigns to be able to build websites that connect more directly with ActBlue’s fundraising tools and other campaign systems.

The acquisition extends ActBlue’s push to provide a broader suite of campaign tools beyond payments and donations. ActBlue has also built out offerings such as Raise by ActBlue and Impactive by ActBlue as part of its effort to streamline digital infrastructure for smaller and mid-sized campaigns.

ActBlue said Hey Victor will ultimately connect with common campaign tools and platforms, including NGP VAN, Action Network, Mailchimp, and Mobilize, alongside ActBlue’s own fundraising and organizing products.

ActBlue said it serves more than 40,000 campaigns and entities and that, since 2004, it has facilitated more than $18 billion in grassroots contributions, while emphasizing donor privacy and data security.
