The unified platform will integrate workforce enablement, analytics, benchmarking, and education to empower caregivers, clinicians, and leaders across home care, home health, hospice, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities.

The combined catalog will now include over 1,100 hours of training in multiple languages to support a diverse care workforce. Providers will also gain access to recruiting and screening tools that reduce time-to-hire, benchmarking programs recognizing excellence in workforce engagement, and seamless interoperability with leading senior living and home-based care systems for automated compliance tracking.
CareAcademy, founded in 2016 and based in Boston, has trained over 800,000 caregivers and works with more than 2,000 providers nationwide.
