This new evergreen fund is designed to provide individual investors and financial advisors with access to institutional-grade private equity opportunities, focusing on high-growth, middle-market companies.
ASPEN builds on the success of Adams Street’s earlier Global Private Markets Fund, which has delivered a strong annualized net return of 17.88% since its inception in February 2021. The new fund provides exposure to over 1,000 companies across more than 100 private equity firms, utilizing a combination of secondary, direct, and co-investment strategies. It features monthly subscriptions, quarterly liquidity, a $25,000 minimum investment, and simplified tax reporting—making it more accessible to a broader range of investors.
The evergreen structure of ASPEN allows for continuous investment and capital recycling, providing flexibility and semi-liquid access to private markets. According to Adams Street’s research, 80% of high-net-worth individuals are interested in private market investments, and nearly half prefer evergreen funds over traditional drawdown models.
ASPEN is part of Adams Street’s broader effort to expand its private wealth offerings. The firm already manages over $2 billion in global evergreen assets across four products and recently launched the Adams Street Advisor Academy, an educational platform for financial advisors.
