Adastra acquired Infinite Services, a Poland-based enterprise data and AI company, expanding its presence in one of its strategic European markets while adding delivery capacity across Poland, India, and the Philippines. Infinite Services will continue operating under its existing name and brand, and clients will continue working with the same team while gaining access to Adastra’s broader global delivery network and technical capabilities.
The transaction strengthens Adastra’s ability to serve customers locally in Poland while extending Infinite Services’ reach into a larger international organization.
Infinite Services brings experience across enterprise data, artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, and large-scale technology implementations.
The company has established relationships across sectors including financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals.
Its delivery model includes 24/7 capabilities supported by teams in Poland, India, and the Philippines.
The acquisition also expands Adastra’s expertise around Snowflake.
Infinite Services holds Snowflake Premier Partner status and was named Snowflake’s CEE AI Data Cloud Partner of the Year for 2025.
Adastra said those capabilities will complement its existing cloud partnerships and strengthen its ability to deliver Snowflake strategy, implementation, and platform development projects at scale.
The combined organization plans to use Infinite Services’ Snowflake expertise to support growth across markets including the DACH region and North America.
The acquisition also gives Adastra a larger on-the-ground presence in Poland, where the company sees significant demand for data and AI talent.
Adastra expects the combined teams to provide customers with a combination of local market knowledge, specialized technical expertise, and international delivery resources.
Adastra employs more than 2,200 professionals across North America, Europe, and Asia.
The company provides AI, data, cloud, governance, and digital transformation services to customers across financial services, automotive, manufacturing, technology, media and telecommunications, healthcare, retail, and professional services.
Adastra is majority-owned by Carlyle.
