Adecco has acquired Advantis Medical Staffing, a U.S. healthcare staffing firm focused on travel nursing and allied health, as the company moves to deepen and scale its North American healthcare workforce capabilities.
The deal positions Adecco to broaden its presence in one of the largest segments of the labor market by adding a provider known for a national clinician network, concierge-level service, and technology-driven recruiting and onboarding. Adecco framed the acquisition as a deliberate step to strengthen its healthcare strategy while building a more scalable platform to serve healthcare clients and clinicians nationwide.
Advantis Medical, headquartered in Dallas, supports staffing across all 50 states and emphasizes AI-enhanced tools alongside experienced staffing professionals. The company said the combination with Adecco will extend its operating model and accelerate delivery of its staffing solutions nationwide.
