Adecco has acquired Advantis Medical Staffing, a Dallas-headquartered healthcare staffing company focused on travel nursing and allied health placements across all 50 states, expanding Adecco’s tech-enabled healthcare staffing capabilities in the U.S.
The transaction deepens Adecco’s North American healthcare platform in a segment the company characterized as both large and durable, as staffing providers continue to face sustained demand from hospitals and health systems seeking flexible clinical labor. Adecco said the deal strengthens its ability to deliver scalable, high-quality workforce solutions and reinforces its broader strategy of pairing human service with digital tools.
Advantis Medical brings a clinician network, a concierge-style service model, and technology it describes as AI-enhanced and designed to streamline recruiting, onboarding, and placements. Adecco also pointed to Advantis’ workplace and clinician experience recognition as evidence of a strong operational foundation and an approach that can scale under a larger parent.
Advantis will join Adecco’s healthcare operations as the combined organization aims to expand opportunities for clinicians, increase value for healthcare clients, and accelerate growth in a business line closely tied to patient care delivery. Financial terms were not disclosed in the announcement.
