Adobe And NVIDIA Expand Collaboration To Accelerate Agentic Creative Workflows

Adobe and NVIDIA are expanding their strategic collaboration to accelerate AI-powered creative, production, and personalization workflows across Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Substance 3D, Frame.io, and Brand Concierge.

The companies are combining Adobe’s creative and marketing applications with NVIDIA’s accelerated computing, AI models, and software technologies. The expanded partnership builds on their March 2026 strategic collaboration, which covers creative production, marketing, video, imaging, 3D, and enterprise workflows.

Adobe is optimizing Photoshop, Premiere, and Substance 3D for NVIDIA’s RTX Spark superchip. The companies said the applications can deliver up to 2x faster AI processing, editing, color, and effects by taking advantage of RTX Spark’s unified memory and AI computing capabilities.

Adobe has rearchitected Photoshop around GPU-accelerated compositing to improve responsiveness across tasks including its Remove Tool, Gaussian Blur, and Light Leaks effects. RTX technology is also accelerating Premiere workflows, including playback, rendering, effects, color, Enhance Speech, and Object Mask, while Substance 3D Painter receives performance improvements for demanding texturing workflows.

The collaboration also extends into cloud-based media workflows through Frame.io. Adobe uses NVIDIA NVDEC for hardware-accelerated video decoding and NVIDIA TensorRT with CUDA for content preprocessing and embedding generation, allowing it to process uploaded media and make it searchable faster.

Early results from selected Frame.io transcoding and search workloads showed approximately 5x faster embedding generation, a 4x to 5x improvement in P95 processing latency, and an approximately 80% smaller search proxy. Adobe said the improvements should help production teams manage larger media libraries while accelerating content discovery and review.

Adobe and NVIDIA are also working together on enterprise customer experiences. Adobe optimized Brand Concierge using NVIDIA Nemotron open models, with the new version expected to be available to enterprise customers later in 2026. NVIDIA has also selected Brand Concierge to support personalized conversational experiences on NVIDIA.com using organizational data and content.

The expanded partnership reflects Adobe’s broader push toward agentic creative applications and NVIDIA’s effort to extend accelerated computing and AI models into content creation, production, marketing, and enterprise customer engagement. Adobe and NVIDIA plan to showcase additional developments at Adobe MAX from November 10 through November 12.
