Adobe: Q3 Revenue Rises 13% To Record $6.76 Billion And Company Raises FY2026 Targets

Adobe reported record third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $6.76 billion, up 13% year-over-year, or 12% in constant currency, as the company continued expanding its artificial intelligence offerings and surpassed one billion monthly active users across its creativity and productivity products.

GAAP diluted earnings per share reached $4.62, while non-GAAP EPS was $6.13. Total Adobe Annualized Recurring Revenue ended the quarter at $27.50 billion.

Adobe’s AI-first ARR grew more than 150% year-over-year, highlighting increased adoption of products and features incorporating the company’s generative and agentic AI capabilities.

GAAP operating income was $2.35 billion, while non-GAAP operating income reached $2.97 billion. GAAP net income totaled $1.83 billion and non-GAAP net income was $2.42 billion.

Adobe generated record third-quarter operating cash flow of $2.52 billion. Remaining Performance Obligations ended the period at $22.16 billion.

The company repurchased approximately 9.5 million shares during the quarter.

Customer Group subscription revenue increased 14% to $6.56 billion, or 13% in constant currency. Business Professionals & Consumers subscription revenue increased 16% to $1.91 billion, while Creative & Marketing Professionals subscription revenue increased 13% to $4.65 billion.

For the fourth quarter, Adobe expects revenue of $6.80 billion to $6.85 billion. GAAP EPS is expected to range from $4.65 to $4.70, with non-GAAP EPS of $6.30 to $6.35.

Adobe also raised its fiscal 2026 targets. The company now expects full-year revenue of $26.576 billion to $26.626 billion, total Adobe ending ARR growth of 10.2%, GAAP EPS of $18.12 to $18.17 and non-GAAP EPS of $24.45 to $24.50.

The results come as Adobe increases the role of AI across its creative, productivity and customer experience platforms while using freemium offerings to expand its user base and agentic experiences to deepen engagement.
