Adonis, an AI-driven revenue cycle management platform for healthcare providers, announced it has raised $40 million in a Series C funding round led by Quadrille Capital, with continued backing from General Catalyst and Bling Capital. The new funding brings the company’s total capital raised to more than $95 million since its founding in 2022.

The investment follows a milestone year for Adonis, which reported more than 4x revenue growth in 2025 and net retention exceeding 130%. The company is positioning itself to address mounting operational and financial pressures across the healthcare system, where reimbursement complexity, rising denial rates, and shifting payer policies are making it increasingly difficult for providers to secure payments.

Healthcare organizations are facing heightened challenges due to policy changes impacting Medicaid and ACA subsidies, which are contributing to a growing number of uninsured and self-pay patients. These dynamics are placing additional strain on revenue cycle teams already dealing with workforce shortages and administrative inefficiencies.

Adonis aims to solve these issues through its AI-powered orchestration platform, which combines intelligence tools and AI agents to proactively identify revenue cycle problems, recommend actions, and autonomously move claims toward resolution. The platform is designed to improve collections, reduce manual work, and help providers operate more efficiently in an increasingly complex reimbursement environment.

The company’s technology is already being adopted by major health systems seeking more predictable, scalable approaches to managing revenue cycle performance. By leveraging data from millions of claims, Adonis enables healthcare organizations to detect vulnerabilities, optimize workflows, and deploy targeted solutions that improve financial outcomes.

With the new funding, Adonis plans to accelerate product innovation across its AI agents and orchestration platform, expand its presence among health systems, and grow its New York City-based team. The company is also focused on advancing its human-in-the-loop approach, which provides governance and oversight for healthcare leaders adopting AI-driven solutions.
