Adronite: $5 Million Raised For AI Codebase Intelligence Platform

Adronite, an AI-powered codebase intelligence platform, announced it has secured $5 million in Series A funding in a round led by Gatemore Capital Management. As part of the transaction, Gatemore Managing Partner Liad Meidar has been appointed Chair of Adronite’s Board of Directors.

Founded in 2023, Adronite provides a full-system, AI-powered platform designed to ingest and analyze entire software codebases, regardless of size. The company says its technology differs from conventional developer tools that typically operate on individual files or isolated vulnerabilities. Instead, Adronite analyzes codebases end-to-end, enabling organizations to reason across millions of lines of code spanning both modern and legacy systems within a unified view.

The platform currently supports more than 20 programming languages and is not constrained by traditional context-window limitations. It produces deterministic, explainable outputs intended to help engineering teams improve, secure, and modernize software at scale.

Adronite places particular emphasis on security, privacy, and deployment flexibility for regulated and sensitive environments. The platform can be deployed fully on-premises, within private cloud environments, or in air-gapped private networks, allowing organizations to retain full control of proprietary or classified code. The system is LLM-agnostic, language-agnostic, and deployment-agnostic, enabling local and secure operation without data exfiltration.

The company said the new capital will be used to advance product development and support commercial expansion as it scales deployments across complex and regulated enterprise environments. According to the announcement, Adronite has secured purchase orders and expects initial commercial deployments to begin in the first quarter of 2026.

Alongside the funding, Adronite confirmed the appointment of Liad Meidar as Chair of the Board, effective immediately. Meidar is the Founder and Managing Partner of Gatemore Capital Management, a principal investor with a concentrated approach across public and private markets. Since founding Gatemore in 2005, he has led investments across multiple sectors and currently serves on the boards of several portfolio companies, including GSE Worldwide, Factorial Energy, Malibu Life Holdings, and SurvivorNet.

KEY QUOTES

“Software systems at large organizations are expanding rapidly in both scale and complexity, making a full-system view difficult to attain—let alone to implement changes safely and effectively. Adronite gives teams true visibility into how their software actually works as a system, so they can secure, modernize, and evolve it without introducing unacceptable risk. With the new investment, we are excited to accelerate product development and commercialization.”
Edward Rothschild, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Adronite

“Adronite’s codebase-level intelligence, combined with its security-first deployment model, positions the Company to become foundational infrastructure for some of the world’s largest and most complex software environments. Since its founding in 2023, Adronite has gained meaningful commercial traction and is actively engaged with large-scale, global enterprises, with purchase orders secured and initial commercial deployments expected to commence in Q1 2026. We have played leading roles in a number of growth companies and strongly believe Adronite has the potential to be a category winner in a very large addressable market.”
Liad Meidar, Chair of the Board, Adronite; Founder and Managing Partner, Gatemore Capital Management
