Advanced Intralogistics announced the acquisition of key assets of Anchor Technical Services, enhancing its ability to deliver integrated warehouse automation, maintenance, and support services across the United States.
The acquisition strengthens the company’s end-to-end capabilities for warehouse operators seeking to maintain high performance, operational reliability, and lifecycle support within automated and semi-automated environments.
Anchor Technical Services is recognized for offering comprehensive preventive maintenance programs, safety inspections, repair services, and facility support to warehouse operations. Integrating these services into Advanced Intralogistics’ automation and robotics solutions will allow customers to receive system design, implementation, and ongoing support from a single provider. The acquisition also significantly expands Advanced Intralogistics’ employee presence, adding seven new states and more than doubling its service workforce.
The expansion enables the company to offer a wider suite of service and optimization programs, including 24/7 on-site support and predictive analytics to monitor equipment health. This closely aligns with Advanced Intralogistics’ Performance Pay™ partnership model, which ties automation outcomes directly to measurable improvement in customer operations. The acquisition supports the company’s continued commitment to offering long-term operational value rather than one-time system deployment.
The deal closed on November 5, 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed.
