In this role, Brenner will collaborate closely with Advent’s investment professionals and portfolio company leaders to enhance operational performance and long-term value creation across the firm’s Australian and New Zealand portfolio.

With more than 30 years of executive experience, Brenner brings deep insight into corporate governance, strategic transformation, and regulatory environments.

Brenner currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Brambles, Telstra, and Woolworths Group. Her previous board roles include Origin Energy, Qantas Airways, Orica, Growthpoint Properties, and the Federal Airports Corporation. Earlier in her career, she held positions as Managing Director of Investment Banking at Investec Bank, a corporate lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills, and a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel.

Her diverse experience has spanned multiple industries, including energy, aviation, logistics, and technology. Brenner’s track record includes guiding major enterprises through periods of significant transformation, digitalization, and market transitions. Her background positions her to provide valuable strategic counsel to Advent’s leadership and portfolio companies, with a focus on governance, innovation, and sustainable growth.
