Unlike standalone notetaking tools, Parrot AI is integrated into Advisor360°’s connected wealth operating system, enabling advisors to access household data, meeting history, documents, and CRM context directly within their workflows.
Through this rollout, GWN advisors gain capabilities including AI-powered meeting preparation that synthesizes prior notes and household data, secure meeting capture across communication channels, automated CRM updates and task creation, AI-generated follow-ups, and natural language search across client records.
The unified system is designed to enable advisors to enter meetings fully prepared and leave with documentation and next steps already underway, improving both efficiency and compliance.
