AdvisorEngine Portfolio Solutions announced the launch of its turnkey asset management program (TAMP), designed to give independent advisory firms a more integrated investment management experience within the broader AdvisorEngine wealth management technology platform.
The company unveiled the offering at the Technology Tools for Today conference in New Orleans. The TAMP integrates directly into AdvisorEngine’s existing platform, allowing advisors to manage investment strategies, trading, reporting and client interactions within a single connected system.
The program provides access to a growing model marketplace featuring more than 1,500 investment strategies from over 300 asset management firms. Advisors can build diversified portfolios that combine traditional, alternative and indexing approaches while maintaining flexibility over how client accounts are structured and managed.
AdvisorEngine said the platform aims to remove operational friction commonly associated with managing portfolios across multiple systems. By embedding the TAMP directly within its wealth management platform, the company enables firms to handle portfolio construction, rebalancing, billing, reporting and client engagement from one environment.
The solution also emphasizes tax-smart investing and portfolio transition management. Automated tax-loss harvesting, customizable transition rules and lot-level tracking are designed to help RIAs onboard assets efficiently and manage portfolios with greater precision.
In addition, the TAMP includes capabilities such as automated trading, performance analytics, rebalancing tools, and due diligence features intended to help advisors scale their businesses while maintaining control over investment decisions and client relationships.
The platform also supports high-net-worth clients through features such as direct indexing, unified managed accounts and separately managed account capabilities. A white-labeled client portal and mobile app provide firms with branded digital experiences for investor communication and reporting.
AdvisorEngine said the unified platform structure is intended to reduce operational complexity and allow advisors to maintain personalized client relationships while expanding their practices.
KEY QUOTES:
“Independent advisory firms shouldn’t have to sacrifice the personalization and value that attracted clients in the first place just to gain scale and efficiency. We believe RIAs should get top-level investment capabilities combined with control and customization in how they serve their clients. This is a game changer for breakaway advisors looking to build their practices. It is modern architecture that is incredibly powerful, flexible and easy to use, allowing RIAs to grow and scale their business without losing the ability to personalize each client experience.”
Rich Cancro, CEO of AdvisorEngine Portfolio Solutions
“In our TAMP, model sleeves trade automatically and firms can trade accounts through one aggregated process, as well as combine rep-directed sleeves and models in a single client account and use any combination of third-party models. That’s in addition to the ability to process advisory fees, calculate billing and handle payments. This level of functionality just shows how AdvisorEngine has built an increasingly powerful and complete wealth management platform.”
