AE Industrial Partners, a private investment firm focused on technologies and services tied to aerospace and national and economic security, announced its 2026 promotions, elevating four professionals into senior leadership roles and appointing four others to vice president.
The firm promoted Jon Lusczakoski to Partner, Matthew Friendly to General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Tess Sprechman to Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations, and Megan LeFevre to Head of Human Resources. AE Industrial also promoted Alyssa Goessler, Adrian Lee, Tucker Long, and Dave Paolantonio to Vice President.
Co-CEOs and Managing Partners Michael Greene and David Rowe said the promotions follow a year of growth for AE Industrial and its portfolio companies, and emphasized the firm’s focus on collaboration, innovation, and development opportunities for its team.
Lusczakoski, who joined AE Industrial in 2018 after serving as a lead engineer at Williams International, has worked across the firm’s space and national security investing, including its investments in Calca Solutions and Firefly Aerospace. The firm said he recently helped lead AE Industrial’s pending acquisition of a controlling interest in the space propulsion business unit “Rocketdyne” of L3Harris Technologies.
Friendly joined AE Industrial in 2025 after serving as a partner at McDermott Will & Emery, bringing experience advising private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in regulated industries.
Sprechman, who joined in 2019 following an investor relations leadership role at Sun Capital Partners, oversees AE Industrial’s investor relations, marketing, and communications efforts.
LeFevre joined AE Industrial in 2024 and is responsible for strengthening the firm’s workplace and employee engagement initiatives, following human resources roles including at Carter’s Inc.
Among the vice president promotions, Goessler joined AE Industrial in 2024 after leading McKinsey & Company’s Global Space Center of Excellence and is based in Washington, D.C. Lee, who joined in 2021 from TD Cowen, focuses on modeling, diligence, execution, and portfolio monitoring. Long, who joined in 2023 from The Longwood Group, is part of AE Industrial’s Aerospace Leasing team focused on aircraft and engine acquisitions. Paolantonio joined in 2021 from Booz Allen Hamilton’s corporate development team and focuses on business development and investment origination.
AE Industrial said it had $7.5 billion of assets under management as of September 30, 2025, and that since 2015 it has completed more than 140 investments across national security, aerospace, and industrial services. The firm invests across private equity, venture capital, and aerospace leasing and is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, with an office in Washington, D.C.
