AeriTek Global Holdings, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, announced it has acquired the foodservice refrigeration and HVAC assets of National Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Products, including the Continental Refrigerator and National Comfort Products brands.
The transaction strengthens AeriTek’s position in the U.S. commercial foodservice equipment market, marking its third North American acquisition in less than eight months and advancing its broader growth strategy.
Continental Refrigerator, based in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, serves more than 850 customers nationwide and is known for its commercial kitchen equipment, including coolers, freezers, prep units, and griddle stands. The addition complements AeriTek’s existing beverage merchandising and display offerings, enabling the combined platform to provide end-to-end solutions across both front-of-house and back-of-house foodservice environments.
National Comfort Products adds HVAC capabilities, including packaged and split systems for multi-unit residential applications, extending AeriTek’s reach into adjacent markets with stable, replacement-driven demand.
The combined platform is expected to benefit from expanded dealer relationships, broader product offerings, and increased cross-selling opportunities, while enhancing operational scale across multiple U.S. manufacturing facilities.
The acquisition aligns with Mill Point Capital’s strategy of building a diversified and scaled platform in the commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment sector.
