Agency Capital Partners Launches To Acquire Small Digital Marketing Agencies Across The U.S.

Agency Capital Partners (ACP) has officially launched as a holding company focused on acquiring small digital marketing agencies across the United States, targeting a segment of the market that has historically lacked viable exit opportunities.

Founded by the team behind Main Street ROI, a digital marketing agency established in 2010, ACP is designed to address what it describes as a persistent gap in mergers and acquisitions activity for agencies generating under $1 million in annual revenue. While larger agencies often attract attention from brokers and M&A firms, smaller boutique firms frequently struggle to find buyers, leaving founders with limited options beyond continuing operations or shutting down entirely.

ACP aims to provide flexible exit paths for these agency owners, offering both immediate acquisition opportunities and structured transitions that allow founders to step away gradually while maintaining continuity for clients and staff.

Following the acquisition, agencies will continue operating with support from Main Street ROI’s operational infrastructure. This includes backend digital marketing fulfillment as well as client-facing services such as sales and account management, enabling a seamless transition for both clients and founders. The model is positioned as a full-stack solution rather than a traditional fulfillment-only partnership.

The company is actively seeking to acquire small digital marketing agencies nationwide, particularly those led by founders looking for a clear and practical exit strategy while preserving the legacy of their businesses.

KEY QUOTE:

“Over the years, we’ve spoken with many founders who built solid businesses but reached a point where they were ready for something new. We created ACP to provide a path out of the Six-Figure Agency Trap, allowing founders to exit their business with the confidence that their clients and legacy are in expert hands.”
