Agentio: $40 Million Series B At $340 Million Valuation Raised To Accelerate Global Expansion Of AI Creator Advertising Platform

Agentio announced a $40 million Series B funding round led by Forerunner, bringing its total capital raised to $56 million and valuing the company at $340 million. The company plans to expand its AI-native infrastructure, which enables brands to transition substantial portions of the massive digital advertising market into creator-led channels.

The creator economy is projected to reach over $450 billion by 2027 as creators increasingly influence consumer purchasing decisions. Despite this momentum, creator advertising has historically been constrained by manual processes, including one-to-one deal negotiations, inconsistent performance measurement, and operational burdens that prevent scalable execution. These challenges have limited creators to receiving less than two percent of digital advertising budgets, even as brand demand rises.

Agentio aims to address these gaps through an AI platform that automates creator campaign management from matching and briefing to brand safety, bids, contracting, approvals, payments, and real-time analytics. This automation allows brands to build and scale creator programs with the same level of control and efficiency as traditional digital media buys. More than one hundred enterprise brands, including Uber, Tecovas, DoorDash, CashApp, and Olipop, used Agentio in 2025 to shift tens of millions of dollars in paid media spend into creator-led campaigns.

Agentio’s technology also functions as a two-sided network, streamlining program development for brands while offering creators improved access to enterprise budgets and operational support. The company reports more than five times year-over-year growth, with many clients achieving more substantial returns than their existing digital channels. Bombas recorded a five-point-three-times improvement in ROAS using Agentio campaigns compared to digital video campaigns.

The Series B funding will support expansion across new platforms, including Meta Partnership Ads, and extend the platform’s global capabilities, enabling rapid team growth from 35 employees to more than 100 employees by 2026. The company has also recently added creators Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal as advisors, following the pair’s increase in branded revenue through Agentio.

Founded to provide scalable infrastructure for creator advertising similar to the systems that power search and social advertising, Agentio is positioning itself as a core growth engine for brands and creators as the market seeks more efficient, measurable, and automated approaches to creator-led marketing.

Agentio continues to serve clients across Meta, YouTube, and additional channels as it expands its AI capabilities and broadens its footprint.

KEY QUOTES:

“Advertising follows attention, and attention has moved to creators. The shift is already happening — brands are moving billions into creator-led marketing. What’s been missing is infrastructure that lets brands scale creator programs the way they can easily scale their search and paid social campaigns — thereby making creators part of their media plan. We’ve built that infrastructure. Brands can now build creator programs on Agentio that run at the scale of their paid media budgets. This new funding will allow us to expand that infrastructure globally and across platforms, establishing Agentio as the most important growth engine for brands, and unlocking the movement of hundreds of billions of dollars into the creator economy.”

Arthur Leopold, Co-Founder and CEO, Agentio

“Every previous attempt to scale creator advertising required armies of people negotiating individual deals. It couldn’t work at the scale brands needed. What’s changed is that AI can now automate the manual administrative tasks that once took weeks or months. Marketers can train custom agents in natural language to translate their ideas into fully contracted creator campaigns in minutes. Our platform analyzes a brand’s needs, evaluates tens of thousands of creators for audience and content fit, determines optimal matches, and automates the entire workflow, from brief to payment. This end-to-end automation is powered by the underlying technology, network, and data on Agentio that turn creator marketing into a scalable system.”

Jonathan Meyers, Co-Founder and CTO, Agentio

“Creators have become one of the most powerful forces shaping consumer behavior, but the infrastructure to support them hasn’t kept pace. Just as Google and Meta built platforms to unlock search and social, Agentio is building the infrastructure needed for creator-led ad development and monetization at scale. Arthur and Jonathan recognized early on the opportunity for AI to bridge the execution gap between creators and marketers, and we believe the Agentio platform will power the next generation of efficient, scalable marketing alpha in the ever-evolving competition for customer acquisition and awareness.”

Eurie Kim, Managing Partner, Forerunner

“Agentio completely transformed our YouTube creator strategy. What used to require months of coordination for a handful of partnerships now happens in days, allowing us to activate dozens of top-tier creators while improving performance tracking. For the first time, we can scale this channel and measure the ROI on every dollar spent, just as we would with any paid media channel.”
