Agentis Longevity has acquired Nashville-based Arete Wellness, combining two human performance and longevity platforms to expand a national footprint in precision medicine, recovery science, and proactive care for high-performing clients.
Under CEO Jimmy St. Louis, Agentis said the deal brings together its precision-based longevity programs with Arete’s concierge recovery and performance services, which the companies say are used by NFL and MLB athletes, entertainers, and executives. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The combined platform will offer personalized, preventative care spanning advanced diagnostics, hormone and peptide therapies, IV recovery, and performance medicine, alongside lifestyle-focused programming. Agentis framed the acquisition as a move to set a “new standard” for performance longevity by pairing clinical rigor with broader accessibility.
Arete founders Adam Bobo and Van Hunt said the partnership expands Arete’s reach while maintaining an evidence-based approach for clients seeking tailored wellness and recovery plans. Agentis and Arete also highlighted high-profile advocates and clients, including former NFL player Rob Gronkowski and comedian Theo Von, who credited Arete’s recurring recovery and IV offerings as part of their weekly routines. The companies additionally cited a broader roster of public figures and athletes associated with the platform.
Agentis Longevity positions itself as a precision health and longevity medicine provider focused on individualized, science-backed programs. Arete Wellness, founded in Nashville, provides concierge performance and recovery services and said it operates with a team of more than 45 traveling nurses and medical professionals supporting elite individuals and teams.
