Ag Growth International announced the appointment of Haaris Uddin as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 4, 2026. Uddin will join AGI’s executive team and report directly to Paul Brisebois, AGI’s President and CEO.
Interim CFO Nicolle Parker will continue leading the finance function until the effective date. AGI said this will support a seamless transition.
Uddin brings public-company, capital markets, and international operating experience to the role. Since 2022, he has served as CFO of Medicure, a TSX- and NASDAQ-listed company operating in Canada and the U.S.
Before Medicure, Uddin was CFO of Waverley Pharma, a TSX Venture Exchange-listed company with operations in Canada, the U.K., and the European Union. He began his career at E&Y as an auditor and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Uddin holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a commerce degree from the University of Manitoba. His background includes listed-company reporting, governance, and cross-border operations.
AGI is a provider of equipment and solutions supporting the storage, handling, transport, and processing of food globally. The company has manufacturing facilities in Canada, the U.S., Brazil, India, France, and Italy, and distributes products worldwide.
