Agiloft has launched Agiloft for Salesforce on Salesforce AgentExchange, giving customers a code-free way to manage contract workflows directly within Salesforce while synchronizing data with Agiloft’s contract lifecycle management platform.
The company describes Agiloft for Salesforce as the only enterprise CLM integration for Salesforce that requires no code to deploy, maintain or extend.
The integration is designed to reduce workflow disruptions and data synchronization challenges that can occur when legal, finance and sales teams manage contracts across separate systems.
Users can initiate, manage and track contracts directly from Salesforce objects including Opportunities and Accounts while maintaining synchronized data and workflow visibility between Salesforce CRM and Agiloft.
By keeping contract activity within the CRM environment, Agiloft aims to reduce manual data entry and give business teams greater visibility into the status of agreements.
The product has launched through AgentExchange, Salesforce’s marketplace combining solutions across the AppExchange, Slack and Agentforce ecosystems.
AgentExchange includes nearly 14,000 vetted apps, agents, sub-agents, tools, MCP servers, integrations and experts.
Agiloft for Salesforce supports event-driven synchronization that can automatically reflect approvals, tasks, obligations, electronic signatures and contract status as structured Salesforce records.
Contract requests can also be initiated from any Salesforce object, with relevant record context passed automatically into the contract workflow.
This is intended to eliminate the need for users to manually enter record identifiers or duplicate information already stored within Salesforce.
Organizations can connect the platform through Agiloft’s Integration Hub or use other integration platforms including MuleSoft and Boomi.
The integration also supports automated document generation, allowing users to create documents such as NDAs and sales agreements from pre-approved templates using Salesforce data and Agiloft’s no-code rules engine.
Electronic signature workflows can be triggered automatically based on predefined criteria, with status updates synchronized between Agiloft and Salesforce.
Agiloft has also built the package to support custom Salesforce objects, including CPQ quotes, allowing organizations to extend contract automation into broader quote-to-cash processes.
For sales teams, the integration makes it possible to generate, negotiate and track agreements directly from an Opportunity record without moving into a separate contracting environment.
Legal and contracting teams can reduce manual intake by allowing sales users to initiate contract requests themselves while carrying over contextual customer and transaction data from Salesforce.
Finance teams can gain greater access to contract information relevant to forecasting, compliance and revenue operations, while sales teams can view contract obligations alongside corresponding customer records.
Agiloft built the integration as a second-generation AppExchange managed package, which the company said provides faster deployment, easier upgrades and greater customization scalability for enterprise Salesforce environments.
The solution has completed Salesforce’s security review and interoperability evaluation process.
The launch also extends Agiloft’s broader data-first CLM strategy. Its no-code platform centralizes and automates contracts from request through renewal and integrates with more than 1,000 systems.
Agiloft also offers Astra, its contracts AI platform, which is designed to extract and use post-signature contract data across legal, procurement, sales and finance workflows.
Agiloft is backed by KKR, JMI Equity and FTV Capital.
