Agtonomy: $18 Million Series B Closed For Advancing Physical AI Across Agriculture And Off-Road Industries

Agtonomy, a leading software and services company specializing in automation and physical AI for agriculture and land management, announced it has raised $18 million in an oversubscribed Series B round led by DBL Partners, with participation from new investor Nuveen and existing backers Autotech, Allison Transmission, Rethink Food, and Black Forest Ventures.

The funding will be used to expand Agtonomy’s physical AI platform, integrate with more equipment manufacturers, and scale deployments across agriculture and off-road industries. The company’s platform enables AI-driven fleet intelligence and automation for field operations, helping customers cut labor costs while improving safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
