AirPro Diagnostics and Revv have merged to create an integrated Advanced Driver Assistance System platform combining diagnostics, calibration execution, AI-powered workflow software, and repair documentation across the ADAS repair process.
AirPro is a portfolio company of Rotunda Capital Partners and provides remote and on-site ADAS diagnostics, scanning, programming and calibration services.
Revv operates an AI-powered ADAS workflow platform used by collision repairers, calibration providers and automotive service businesses.
The combination is intended to address growing fragmentation across ADAS repairs, where shops frequently rely on separate software platforms, diagnostic tools, calibration providers, and documentation systems to complete a single repair.
ADAS technology is now standard across nearly every new vehicle, increasing the number of repairs that require specialized diagnostics and calibration.
AirPro contributes operational expertise in diagnostics and calibration execution, while Revv provides the software and AI infrastructure used to identify required calibrations, access OEM procedures, manage repair workflows, document completed work, and support insurer reimbursement.
Together, the companies plan to provide a vertically integrated combination of hardware, software and services spanning the ADAS repair lifecycle.
The combined platform will also bring together Revv’s proprietary knowledge graph and AirPro’s service data generated across millions of repair events.
The companies believe the resulting dataset will provide a broader view into how ADAS repairs are identified, performed, documented and validated.
Revv will remain open and tool-agnostic following the transaction.
The platform will continue integrating with third-party tools, service providers, and systems already used by repair shops rather than requiring customers to rely exclusively on AirPro equipment or services.
Revv was co-founded in 2022 by Adi Bathla and Rashmi Sinha.
The business initially focused on workflow management before expanding into a broader ADAS software platform that now processes more than one million vehicles annually.
Bathla also founded the United ADAS Collective, a professional organization serving the ADAS calibration community.
The organization has grown to more than 1,600 members in less than a year and will become part of the combined company.
Driaan du Toit will serve as CEO of the combined business.
Bathla will become President and Chief Innovation Officer and will join the company’s board.
Sinha, Revv’s Chief Technology Officer, will serve as Senior Vice President of Technology and Product Integration.
Bathla and Sinha will retain meaningful ownership stakes in the combined company.
Rotunda Capital partnered with AirPro in 2025 around a thesis that ADAS would become increasingly central to automotive repair as vehicle complexity and calibration requirements grow.
The private equity firm expects that trend to continue as each new vehicle generation incorporates more sensors, cameras, radar systems and software-dependent safety functions.
For repair shops, the combined AirPro-Revv platform is intended to streamline the process beginning with identifying which calibrations and procedures are required.
Revv can surface OEM repair procedures and help determine the ADAS work needed based on the vehicle and repair.
AirPro can then support diagnostic and calibration execution to help ensure the work is completed according to OEM requirements.
The platform also helps document the work after completion and provides information that can support reimbursement discussions with insurers.
The integration could reduce the amount of manual coordination required between estimating systems, calibration providers, technicians and insurers.
