Airrived launched from stealth on Thursday with $6.1 million in seed funding to bring agentic AI into the core of enterprise cybersecurity, IT, and business operations. The round was led by Cannage Capital, with participation from Plug and Play Ventures, Rebellion Ventures, and Inner Loop Capital, along with strategic investments from cybersecurity veterans Manoj Apte, Mahendra Ramsinghani, and Saqib E. Awan.
The company is positioning its product, the Agentic OS, as a foundational operating layer that makes agentic intelligence “native to the enterprise,” aiming to replace what it describes as fragmented point products and legacy platforms that rely on bolt-on AI. Airrived argues that many current deployments amount to summarization-driven copilots and scripted automation that struggle with real-world complexity, leaving humans to stitch together workflows, decisions, and outcomes across disconnected tools.
Airrived said its platform enables organizations to fine-tune LLMs, compose deep-reasoning agents, and orchestrate intelligence across systems without requiring specialized AI expertise. The company also said the platform is designed to unify key domains including SOC, GRC, IAM, vulnerability management, IT, and broader business operations, with agents that can reason end-to-end, take action across tools, and improve continuously over time.
The company highlighted third-party recognition and early market traction, saying it has been named a Gartner Tech Innovator in Agentic AI, a Security Today CyberSecured Award winner, and a BIG Innovator in Agentic AI. Airrived also said it is already deployed across several large enterprises, including a Fortune 150 insurance company, a major fast-casual restaurant chain, a global bank, and a telecom infrastructure company, citing the need for reliability, governance, and speed in high-volume environments.
Airrived framed its launch as a shift from experimental enterprise AI toward production-grade systems built for governance and scale, arguing that enterprises are looking for systems that can reason, decide, and act autonomously rather than add incremental features to existing tooling.
KEY QUOTES
“Airrived stood out because of its agentic-first architecture. This isn’t automation or scripted playbooks—it’s a composable agentic platform designed to scale across use cases. We are honored to back the mission-driven Airrived founders as they enable enterprises to build intelligent automation across security and IT.”
Shelley Zhuang, Founder and Managing Partner, Cannage Capital
“What I like about Airrived is that it’s built for the day-to-day reality of security teams—fewer handoffs, fewer errors, and faster execution. That’s how you reduce operational overhead while improving outcomes.”
Amit Patel, Partner, Plug and Play Ventures
“Enterprises don’t need more tools or surface-level AI. They need a new foundation. Airrived represents arrival—the moment agentic intelligence becomes native to the enterprise. This funding validates our belief that agentic AI isn’t the future of security and IT; it’s the era we’re defining now.”
Anurag Gurtu, Co-Founder and CEO, Airrived
