Alembic: $145 Million Raised To Advance Enterprise Adoption Of Causal AI And Expand Supercomputing Infrastructure

By Amit Chowdhry ● Nov 17, 2025

Alembic Technologies has raised $145 million in Series B and growth funding, marking one of the most significant recent financings in the enterprise artificial intelligence sector. The round represents a 15.7 times increase in valuation since the company’s Series A, positioning Alembic among the leading labs pushing the boundaries of next-generation enterprise intelligence. The funding was co-led by Prysm Capital and Accenture, with participation from Liquid 2 Ventures, NextEquity, Friends & Family Capital, WndrCo, and growth financing from SLW.

The investment strengthens Alembic’s partnerships with enterprise technology and consulting leaders, including Accenture, which plans to integrate the company’s Causal AI platform into its client transformation initiatives. Alembic’s Causal engine is designed to generate proprietary intelligence by enabling enterprises to understand precisely how actions, marketing exposures, and customer interactions drive real-world outcomes. The company states that this approach allows for organizations to move beyond correlation-based analytics and gain access to verified cause-and-effect insights.

The company reports strong traction across Fortune 500 B2B and B2C customers, including Delta Air Lines, Mars, and NVIDIA. Alembic has become a core measurement and attribution system for companies seeking immediate visibility into the business impact of campaigns, sponsorships, and viral moments, while also enabling forecasting across omnichannel budgets.

The funding will support the deployment of a major NVIDIA NVL72 superPOD AI supercomputing cluster, housed at Equinix’s SV11 data center in Silicon Valley. This system, powered by the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software suite, is engineered to support Alembic’s continuous-learning spiking neural networks and large-scale spatio-temporal graph computations. It is the second supercomputing cluster Alembic owns outright, providing bi-coastal redundancy and full-stack optimization for the company’s Causal AI workloads. The cluster is scheduled to go live before the end of the year.

Investors highlighted Alembic’s combination of scientific rigor, commercial relevance, and ability to help global enterprises quantify the effectiveness of marketing and operational spending. The company has delivered measurable outcomes for customers, including revenue attribution for sponsorships, analysis of viral brand events, significant lift in enterprise sales pipelines, and improvements in donor and fan engagement for university athletics.

Alembic continues to build a foundational model for enterprise decision-making rooted in Causal inference. Its platform applies advanced graph neural networks and spiking neural architectures to provide deterministic attribution, revenue forecasting, and intelligence that enterprises can use to guide resource allocation and strategic planning across business units.

KEY QUOTES

“As powerful artificial intelligence models increasingly converge in capability, the key competitive advantage shifts to proprietary data. Getting a real edge isn’t about using the best LLM; it’s leveraging the unique information rivals can’t access. The exclusive data a company generates protects its strategy from generic model outputs where two competitors could get the same answer. This ensures any key insights and market decisions come from a truly private intelligence engine.”

“This investment and collaboration with Accenture will help us reach more companies that want to understand what really drives their results. Most businesses are not short on data. They are short on answers. Together we are turning that data into concrete insights that leaders can act on.”

“Alembic is an applied science company. To build the world’s most advanced Causal AI, you need the world’s most advanced computing platform. This new NVL72 superPOD that we are building in partnership with NVIDIA and Equinix is our engine. It allows our research teams to fully leverage multi-exaflop-level compute and NVIDIA’s algorithmic software stack, like the CUDA-X toolkit, from cuGraph for graph processing to TensorRT for high-speed inference. This deep integration is one of our secret weapons: we spend more time on breakthrough research and mathematics and less time on repetitive low-level engineering, enabling us to deliver Causal answers to partners like Accenture in near real-time, not months.”

Tomás Puig, CEO And Founder Of Alembic

“Our clients are not just implementing AI; they are undergoing total enterprise reinvention, which hinges on trust and intelligence at the digital core. Alembic’s Causal AI provides exactly that by moving the enterprise beyond correlation to deliver the verifiable, cause-and-effect insights leaders need to act with decisive speed.”

Julie Sweet, Chair And CEO Of Accenture

“Alembic’s ability to connect marketing exposure directly to business outcomes — with speed, precision and granularity — is what made this relationship so transformative for us. Unlike traditional measurement tools, Alembic gave us a unified view across channels and campaigns, unlocking insights we simply couldn’t access before. This partnership marks a major leap forward in how we quantify impact, and it’s laying the groundwork for a more agile, refined and scalable measurement framework across the enterprise.”

Alicia Tillman, Chief Marketing Officer At Delta Air Lines

“We are using math to liberate creativity! Our fans and communities create billions of organic conversations and content about our brands. When a viral moment happens, we normally know it’s directionally positive, but we can’t attribute the sales uplift or its place in the customer journey. Alembic’s Causal AI is a breakthrough, allowing us to move beyond correlation to see exactly how that organic conversation created a sequence that directly impacted sales.”

Gülen Bengi, Lead Global Chief Marketing Officer For Mars Inc. And Global Chief Growth Officer For Mars Snacking

“Alembic is not just another AI tool; it’s emerging as a mission-critical intelligence layer for the enterprise. We heard a consistent story from its early customers, which are moving from theoretical ‘insights’ to proven, real-world impact at a massive scale. The company is pioneering a new foundational model for enterprise decision-making, and we’re excited to partner with Tomás and his exceptional team as they define this category.”

Matt Roberts, Cofounder And Partner At Prysm Capital

“Alembic has achieved the rare balance of deep technical rigor and immediate commercial relevance. Its Causal AI engine is already playing a key role in how global enterprises allocate marketing and operational spend, and we’re proud to support its next phase of growth.”

Shawn K. O’Neill, Managing Partner At SLW

“In my over 40 years as a brand marketer, the challenges around attribution and effectiveness have made it virtually impossible to quantify the impact of every dollar invested in marketing. Since partnering with Tomás and the Alembic team last year, we’ve had the privilege of introducing Alembic’s platform to some of the world’s largest brands. There have been such positive reactions from CMOs, who are now leveraging this unprecedented level of intelligence to make decisions on where to allocate advertising dollars to optimize sales.”

Jeffrey Katzenberg, Founding Partner Of WndrCo

“When I first began to get to know Tomás, it became clear that Alembic was on the path to defining the future of enterprise intelligence, made possible by advances in AI that had yet to be connected to real commercial needs. It’s been rewarding to see the market increasingly recognize the transformative impact of Alembic’s platform on enterprise decision-making.”
