The acquisition combines rockITdata’s technology solutions and project delivery expertise with ALKU’s specialized staffing platform and access to AI and data engineering talent.
ALKU plans to remain focused on its core specialized staffing model while using the acquisition to broaden the range of technology solutions it can provide to customers.
The combination is expected to enable more complete end-to-end project delivery, particularly for organizations pursuing complex initiatives involving AI, data and federal health.
The deal also expands ALKU’s Healthcare Information Technology capabilities and extends the company’s reach into specialized federal healthcare contracts.
For rockITdata, access to ALKU’s broader pool of specialized AI and data engineering professionals is expected to help the company address increased demand within its existing business and scale project delivery.
