All Metals Fabricating announced that it has joined a group of investors in acquiring Power Electric Supply Company, formerly known as Meister Supply Company, in a move designed to strengthen its capabilities in the fast-growing data center and power generation sectors.
The investment is expected to simplify supply chains and improve pricing for customers as demand increases for electrical infrastructure components used in data centers and large-scale power projects. By aligning more closely with a distributor specializing in electrical and telecommunications products, All Metals Fabricating aims to expand its role as a comprehensive manufacturing partner.
Power Electric Supply Company, originally established in 2003 as Meister Supply Company, focuses on procurement, warehousing, and distribution of electrical and telecommunications equipment. The company operates across Texas with locations in San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston.
Through the partnership, All Metals Fabricating expects to broaden its ability to serve customers as a one-stop shop by offering additional sourcing options alongside its existing manufacturing services. The companies highlighted growing demand for copper bus bar products, which are essential components in power distribution systems used in data centers and energy infrastructure.
The collaboration is expected to help All Metals Fabricating secure more competitive pricing for copper bus bar and related components, which the company said will translate into improved quotes for customers. At the same time, Power Electric Supply customers will gain access to All Metals Fabricating’s manufacturing capabilities, particularly for bus bar assemblies and other custom electrical components.
The companies said the partnership will streamline vendor coordination and communication for projects requiring both sourcing and fabrication. The investment comes as North Texas continues to emerge as a major hub for data center development, creating rising demand for electrical infrastructure and related manufacturing services.
