AllianceHCM has appointed Michael Haske, a longtime SaaS and human capital management executive and former president and chief operating officer of Paylocity, to its board of directors as the company accelerates platform innovation and expands its national footprint.
Haske brings nearly 30 years of experience scaling high-growth SaaS and HCM businesses, with a focus on product strategy, enterprise operations, and AI-driven innovation. Most recently, he served as chief executive officer of Krista Software, which focuses on AI agentics, orchestration, and intelligent automation.
Haske is best known for his 15-year tenure at Paylocity, where he served as president and COO and helped scale the business from early-stage growth to more than $1 billion in annual revenue. He also played a key role in the company’s path to becoming a public company.
AllianceHCM, a privately held payroll and HCM provider, said it serves complex employers across sectors including hospitality, healthcare, and professional services. The company said it has grown through a disciplined go-to-market approach, strong client retention, and a service model built around long-term customer relationships.
