allO announced a $14 million Series A funding round led by Zigg Capital, with participation from LifeX Ventures, Aperture Capital, Wecken & Cie. – Care4 AG, and angel investors Fabian Siegel, Mark Ransford, and Ludwig A. Fuchs. Existing investors 20VC and Keen Venture Partners also participated in the round.
The funding marks a significant milestone for allO as it works to build what it describes as the first AI-native operating system for restaurants. The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate its expansion across Europe and further develop technology designed to help restaurant operators automate and streamline daily operations.
According to allO, the restaurant industry continues to rely on fragmented software systems, disconnected workflows, and labor-intensive processes. The company’s approach is centered on creating AI-powered digital employees that operate on top of a fully integrated restaurant operating system, enabling restaurant owners to focus on running their businesses rather than managing multiple software platforms.
Alongside the funding announcement, allO unveiled its Reservation & Ordering Voice Agent, which it describes as the first of more than 10 AI-powered digital employees scheduled to launch over the next 18 months. These digital workers are intended to handle operational tasks such as reservations and customer ordering interactions, reducing administrative burdens for restaurant staff.
The company said it currently serves more than 1,000 restaurant locations across Germany and has achieved sixfold growth in locations while increasing revenue by 3.5 times year over year.
allO credited its customers, partners, and team for helping the company reach this stage and said it believes the restaurant industry is entering a new era driven by artificial intelligence and automation.
