Alloy Partners And Huntington Bank Launch Venture Studio For Driving Next-Generation Financial Innovation

By Amit Chowdhry • Nov 4, 2025

Alloy Partners and The Huntington National Bank have unveiled a new corporate venture studio aimed at accelerating the creation of transformative ventures in finance and technology. The initiative seeks to reimagine how individuals and businesses interact with money, spanning fintech, payments, and broader financial experiences.

The studio’s mission is to build ventures that deliver intuitive and empowering financial experiences, addressing both everyday transactions and major financial milestones. The partnership builds upon the relationship Alloy and Huntington established in 2024, which has already produced one new venture.

Through this collaboration, Huntington will identify and develop new growth opportunities, foster partnerships with founders and entrepreneurs, and launch ventures designed to drive value for both consumer and commercial customers. Alloy Partners brings expertise in venture building, while Huntington contributes deep domain knowledge and national scale, forming a foundation for the creation of innovative, category-defining businesses.

The venture studio will operate as a launchpad for new ideas, encouraging collaboration among founders, technologists, and industry leaders. Its focus areas include high-impact sectors such as payments and wealth management, with an emphasis on co-creation and rapid execution.

Founded in 2020 and based in Indianapolis, Alloy Partners—formerly known as High Alpha Innovation—has co-created more than 30 companies and six venture studios in collaboration with major corporations including Eli Lilly, Capital One, Warner Bros. Discovery, and the University of Notre Dame. Huntington Bank, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, operates more than 1,000 branches across 14 states and manages $223 billion in assets, offering a comprehensive suite of financial and wealth management services.
