Allspring Global Investments Selects Aiviq To Build Global Client Data Platform

Allspring Global Investments has selected Aiviq to establish a global, enterprise-grade Client Book of Record platform designed to unify client data across the asset manager’s distribution business. The platform will consolidate information related to client assets, investment flows and sales attribution, providing Allspring with a single, reconciled view of client activity across its global operations.

Aiviq will connect the platform with Allspring’s cloud-native technology environment, allowing distribution, finance and operations teams to access more consistent client information.

The initiative is intended to improve data quality, strengthen operational effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making across the firm.

Allspring manages more than $642 billion in discretionary and non-discretionary assets under advisement as of June 30, 2026. The independent asset manager operates 18 offices globally and supports its investment strategies with more than 360 investment professionals.

As Allspring continues expanding its use of analytics, the company sees a need to create a more reliable and standardized view of client relationships and activity across its international business.

A Client Book of Record provides an integrated source of client, account, asset and transaction information. This can help asset managers reduce discrepancies between systems and ensure that employees across departments are working with consistent datasets.

The Aiviq platform will provide Allspring with visibility into assets under management and flows while connecting those figures with account, agreement and client information.

Aiviq’s modular platform is built around four principal data components: AUM and Flow Master, Accounts Master, Agreements Master and Client Master.

These datasets can support use cases across sales enablement, client service, product development, risk management, regulatory reporting and corporate strategy.

The platform is supported by Aiviq Intelligence, an integrated workbench designed to help investment management companies develop and deploy artificial intelligence applications.

Aiviq’s approach combines enterprise datasets, workflows and analytics to help asset managers improve how information is collected, reconciled and used throughout their organizations.

For Allspring, the project is expected to make client information more broadly accessible while helping teams analyze business activity and respond to the changing requirements of the firm’s global distribution operation.

The agreement also represents an important expansion for Aiviq in North America.

Aiviq North America launched in October 2025 and has been building its presence among asset managers in the United States and other regional markets.

The Allspring engagement provides Aiviq with a major client as it seeks to increase adoption of its client data technology across North American investment management firms.

Aiviq is headquartered in the United Kingdom and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Alpha FMC.

The company has expanded organically and through acquisitions and holds ISO 27001:2022 accreditation for information security management.
