Allvia, a workforce services platform backed by Trinity Hunt Partners, announced the acquisition of HR Pals, a provider of outsourced HR administration and employee support services for organizations of all sizes. The transaction builds on Allvia’s founding partnership with Melita Group and advances its strategy to create a scaled, integrated platform spanning HR administration, benefits administration, and workforce strategy solutions.
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Los Angeles, HR Pals provides fully managed HR outsourcing that operates as an extension of internal teams. The company supports clients nationwide across HR compliance, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and strategic advisory services. HR Pals has earned recognition on the Inc. 5000 list for four consecutive years and was recently named one of America’s Best Workplaces.
The acquisition enhances Allvia’s ability to deliver comprehensive, technology-enabled services across the employee lifecycle. By combining capabilities, the companies aim to provide expanded solutions in administration, benefits management, compliance support, and employee relations, helping organizations improve efficiency, maintain compliance, and strengthen employee experience.
HR Pals will continue operating with its existing leadership and client-first approach while leveraging Allvia’s broader platform, resources, and national scale. The combined organization is positioned to serve employers with more integrated and flexible HR solutions, whether fully outsourced or modular.
Allvia also indicated it is actively seeking additional partnerships with complementary companies across the United States as it continues to build out its national workforce services platform.
