Allworth Financial Acquires High Falls Advisors And Holistic Financial Partners, Adding $947 Million In AUM

Allworth Financial has acquired High Falls Advisors and Holistic Financial Partners, adding approximately $947 million in combined assets under management and pushing the national registered investment adviser above $40 billion in assets.

High Falls Advisors is a Rochester, New York-based wealth management and tax advisory firm overseeing approximately $665 million in AUM, while Indianapolis-based Holistic Financial Partners manages approximately $282 million in AUM.

Together, the acquisitions add 23 professionals, including 13 wealth and tax advisors, to Allworth’s national platform.

The transactions expand Allworth’s presence on the East Coast and in the Midwest while adding specialized capabilities in integrated tax planning and divorce financial planning.

High Falls Advisors brings 21 professionals to Allworth, including 12 advisors with credentials spanning CFP, CPA, JD, and EA designations.

The firm provides wealth management and tax advisory services and operates a CPA-led in-house tax practice integrated into its broader client planning process.

Kenneth Burke and Jennifer Vogler lead High Falls; they acquired the firm from its founders in 2020 and have since expanded the business independently.

The transaction also adds two private investment funds and other investment strategies to Allworth’s broader platform.

The acquisition strengthens Allworth’s existing presence in Rochester, where the firm already maintains an office.

Holistic Financial Partners adds a more specialized capability to Allworth’s platform through its focus on financial planning for individuals going through divorce.

Jason Llewellyn, CPA, PFS, CDFA, leads the firm and will join Allworth as a Partner Advisor.

Llewellyn currently serves as Chair of the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts and has more than a decade of experience helping clients address asset division, tax strategy, post-divorce budgeting and long-term financial planning.

Allworth said the addition provides a dedicated divorce planning capability that can be extended across its national client base.

Clients of both acquired firms will continue working with their existing advisors while gaining access to Allworth’s expanded investment capabilities, estate planning resources, tax specialists, digital tools and client service infrastructure.

The transactions are part of Allworth’s accelerated acquisition strategy.

Since announcing a strategic investment partnership earlier in 2026, Allworth has completed four acquisitions, expanded geographically, and added specialized planning capabilities.

The firm now has more than $40 billion in assets under management and administration, serves clients in all 50 states through more than 40 offices and has completed more than 45 acquisitions since 2018.

Allworth is backed by Integrum Holdings, Lightyear Capital and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
