Allworth Financial has acquired High Falls Advisors and Holistic Financial Partners, adding approximately $947 million in combined assets under management and helping push the national RIA above $40 billion in assets under management and administration.
High Falls Advisors is a Rochester, New York-based wealth management and tax advisory firm overseeing approximately $665 million in AUM. Holistic Financial Partners is an Indianapolis-based RIA managing approximately $282 million and specializing in financial planning for clients navigating divorce.
The transactions add 23 professionals, including 13 wealth and tax advisors, to Allworth.
High Falls brings 21 professionals, including 12 advisors with CFP, CPA, JD, and EA credentials. The acquisition also adds an in-house CPA-led tax practice that is integrated into financial planning, along with two private investment funds.
The firm is led by Kenneth Burke and Jennifer Vogler, who acquired High Falls from its founders in 2020 and subsequently grew the business independently.
Holistic Financial Partners adds a dedicated divorce financial planning capability. Its leader, Jason Llewellyn, joins Allworth as a Partner Advisor and serves as Chair of the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts. His work includes asset division, tax strategy, post-divorce budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
Allworth said clients of both firms will retain their existing advisors while gaining access to its investment capabilities, estate planning resources, tax specialists, digital tools, and broader national service infrastructure.
The transactions bring Allworth’s acquisition total to more than 45 since 2018. The firm now has more than 40 offices and serves clients across all 50 states. Allworth is backed by Integrum Holdings, Lightyear Capital, and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
KEY QUOTES:
“These two firms represent exactly what we look for in a partnership: proven leadership teams, distinctive capabilities, and a shared belief that clients deserve more than a single-discipline approach to financial advice. Ken and Jen have built a standout advisory practice in Rochester with the kind of integrated tax and planning model that directly strengthens our platform. And Jason brings something we think is genuinely underserved in this industry: a dedicated, expert-led approach to helping people navigate the financial side of divorce.”

Jennifer Vogler, Executive Vice President of High Falls Advisors
“From the first conversation, it was clear that Allworth understood the value of what we’ve built and had a real vision for where it could go. That was the first time I’d felt that from a potential partner. Allworth has the tax and estate planning infrastructure, the marketing resources, and the national reach to help us serve more people during one of the most financially consequential moments of their lives.”
