Ally Waste has acquired Swift Integrated Services, a Utah-based provider of dumpster management, doorstep trash pickup and waste brokerage services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The transaction expands Ally Waste’s presence across Utah, Florida and Idaho while adding waste brokerage capabilities to its existing multifamily waste management platform.
Ally Waste provides valet trash and recycling, bulk removal and waste stream optimization services to multifamily communities nationwide. Swift’s team will remain with Ally Waste following the transaction, providing continuity for existing customers and bringing established customer relationships and regional market knowledge to the combined business.
The acquisition also broadens Ally Waste’s ability to manage additional components of customers’ waste operations as Swift’s brokerage offering is integrated into the company’s platform.
