Alpha Compute Corp., an AI GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) and confidential computing company, announced a business update highlighting operational, financial, and strategic milestones, including the completion of its GAMEE acquisition, the launch of its “Own Your Data” national media campaign, and continued expansion of its sovereign AI infrastructure platform.
The company reported unaudited total assets of $79.2 million, liabilities of $44.4 million, including $34.4 million related to GPU and data center leases, and total equity of $34.8 million as of June 4, 2026. Alpha Compute also disclosed a projected annual revenue run rate of approximately $23 million following recent infrastructure and commercial developments.
A key driver of the company’s growth has been its ALPHA-01 deployment in Canada, a live cluster consisting of 504 NVIDIA B200 GPUs powered entirely by hydroelectric energy. The cluster is dedicated to a leading frontier AI research laboratory under a two-year, $32.2 million off-take agreement that includes a $7.5 million upfront reservation payment and is expected to generate $16.1 million in annual recurring revenue. The company noted that revenue growth accelerated from approximately $30,000 in quarterly contracted revenue at the beginning of the first quarter of 2026 to a projected annualized run rate of about $23 million.
Alpha Compute is also developing ALPHA-02 in Sweden, which will add 576 NVIDIA B200 GPUs to its operational fleet. Upon completion, the company expects to operate more than 1,000 Blackwell-generation GPUs across its Canadian and Swedish facilities, both powered by renewable hydroelectric energy.
The company recently completed its acquisition of a 60% controlling interest in GAMEE from Animoca Brands at an implied valuation of $18 million. Founded in 2015, GAMEE operates a mobile and Telegram-based gaming platform with more than 120 million registered users. The platform generated $3.5 million in revenue during 2025 and $926,000 during the first quarter of 2026, with management expecting revenue growth this year. The acquisition establishes Alpha Games, a new AI gaming division that will be led by GAMEE founder Bozena Rezab as Executive Vice President.
As part of the integration strategy, Alpha Compute plans to combine GAMEE’s gaming distribution platform with its GPU infrastructure, launch AI agent-based gameplay initiatives in late 2026, and leverage GAMEE’s user base as a distribution channel for its confidential computing technologies.
The company also launched its “Own Your Data” campaign across CNBC, Fox Business News, and Newsmax. The campaign is designed to raise awareness around digital sovereignty, data ownership, and confidential computing, targeting both enterprise customers and investors. Alpha Compute said the initiative aligns with its broader mission of building infrastructure that enables privacy-preserving AI and sovereign data control.
Earlier this year, Alpha Compute completed its rebranding from AlphaTON Capital Corp. and began trading under the ticker symbol ALP. The company said the rebrand reflects its strategic focus on AI infrastructure, GPU services, and confidential computing technologies.
