Alsco Uniforms announced that it has acquired Advanced Linen Service, a regional provider of uniform and linen services across California’s Bay Area, Central Valley, and Monterey Bay. The transaction is aimed at strengthening Alsco’s footprint across Northern and Central California while enhancing service capabilities for customers in the region.
The company said the acquisition aligns with its long-standing growth strategy of partnering with established local providers and maintaining the customer relationships those companies have built over time. Alsco emphasized that these relationships will remain a priority throughout the transition and beyond.
Advanced Linen Service’s operations and customer base will be integrated into Alsco’s broader platform, combining local expertise with Alsco’s operational scale, infrastructure, and global experience. Customers are expected to benefit from expanded resources while continuing to receive consistent service, with no disruptions anticipated during the transition.
Alsco Uniforms highlighted its continued focus on quality, responsiveness, and reliability, noting that the combination of both companies’ capabilities positions the business to support customers over the long term. The company, founded in 1889, operates in more than 200 locations across 13 countries and serves over 350,000 customers globally.
