Alta provides an AI-driven platform and agents to help businesses, particularly sales and revenue operations teams, automate tasks, gain real-time insights, and drive revenue growth. Pulse 2.0 interviewed Alta co-founder and CEO Stav Levi-Neumark to gain a deeper understanding of the company.

Stav Levi-Neumark’s Background

Stav Levi-Neumark

What is Stav Levi-Neumark’s background? Levi-Neumark said:

“I have a BSc in computer science from Hebrew University. Before I founded Alta, I was one of the first employees at Monday.com where my initial assignment was developing ‘Big Brain,’ a BI tool.”

Formation Of The Company

How did the idea for the company come together? Levi-Neumark shared:

“My previous experience at Monday.com required working directly with the CEOs, as I built a product that analyzes business data to help revenue teams understand their operational landscape. This product became central to nearly every business decision at Monday.com and played a significant role in helping the company grow to over a billion dollars in annual revenue.” “

“Over the years, numerous companies approached me asking for help developing their own version of Monday’s internal Big Brain. This validated our core belief: with the right data, teams can make significantly better operational decisions. That’s when the idea for Alta began taking shape.”

“We noticed that while AI is transforming nearly every industry, revenue and go-to-market teams struggle to fully harness its potential. Teams waste valuable time on repetitive tasks, data silos prevent holistic understanding of the revenue pipeline, and human talent is stifled by administrative work rather than relationship-building.”

“Alta addresses these challenges with its fundamentally data-driven AI revenue workforce. Our AI agents automate mundane tasks like researching potential leads and conducting personalized outreach across multiple channels. We provide actionable insights based on real-time data across all revenue functions.”

“Our mission is to help people in sales organizations become the best version of themselves through AI—literally 10X themselves—and thereby help companies increase sales. We want to eliminate small, repetitive tasks from revenue teams’ workflows and help them focus on what they’re best at: sales and creating connections between people.”

Favorite Memory

What has been your favorite memory working for the company so far? Levi-Neumark reflected:

“Last month some of my team and I attended the HumanX conference in Vegas. I travelled there together with my 4-month daughter, my mother and grandmother who at times came by the booth to offer support. It helped us bond and connect and was an amazing experience that showed me again how important it is to surround yourself not just with a great business team, but also a personal support system.”

Core Products

What are the company’s core products and features? Levi-Neumark explained:

“Alta is an AI revenue workforce that is data-driven to support revenue teams, allowing each person to be like a 10x version of themselves.”

“Alta agents automate repetitive and mundane tasks that require limited human oversight, such as researching potential leads and conducting personalized outreach across multiple channels, in addition to providing actionable insights based on real-time data across all revenue functions. This streamlined workflow helps companies achieve improved revenue growth by working more efficiently, accelerating their sales cycle, and enabling humans to focus on relationship-building opportunities, strategic, and creative work.”

“AI agents in Alta’s workforce include Katie, a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Luna, an AI RevOps agent, and Alex, an AI Calling agent. The workforce can integrate into more than 50 internal and external marketing, sales, and revenue systems that include CRMs, ERPs, payment, advertising, social media tools and more.”

Challenges Faced

What challenges have Levi-Neumark and the team face in building the company? Levi-Neumark acknowledged:

“The biggest challenges in developing AI-powered SDRs and RevOps automation weren’t in creating the basic automation flows – building systems to generate lists and approach prospects was relatively straightforward.”

“The real difficulty came in connecting to as many data sources as possible and transforming that data into strategic insights that actually drive conversions. We had to integrate with dozens of systems to create a comprehensive view while developing sophisticated models that could determine not just who to target, but when, how, and with what messaging to maximize response rates.”

“Unlike tools that simply automate existing processes, we needed to completely overhaul the entire sales development approach to leverage AI’s capabilities while maintaining the human touch that closes deals. Finding this balance between automation and personalization required constant iteration based on real-world performance data.”

Evolution Of The Company’s Technology

How has the company’s technology evolved since launching? Levi-Neumark noted:

“It’s hard to pinpoint one thing. We are always evolving our technology and we’ve created building blocks that help us adapt and evolve our product quickly as the technology that constantly changes and improves.”

Significant Milestones

What have been some of the company’s most significant milestones? Levi-Neumark cited:

“We recently announced our seed funding round. The funding solidifies Alta’s position as an industry leader in workforce intelligence automation. It will allow Alta to continue developing out-of-the-box solutions that redefine the relationship between AI and sales teams to unlock limitless revenue growth opportunities.”

Customer Success Stories

When asking Levi-Neumark about customer success stories, she revealed:

“Alta has really diverse customers across virtually every business sector, and they range from SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. We’ve been able to ramp up the number of clients we have really quickly as well, adding almost 100 customers in less than 6 months.”

Total Addressable Market

What total addressable market (TAM) size is the company pursuing? Levi-Neumark assessed:

“The market for agentic AI has huge potential, especially when considering the broader definition of what it means for companies and organizations to incorporate an AI workforce. We believe any company can increase sales and revenue by using our data-driven AI sales agents and that the TAM we are pursuing will grow really fast as more companies incorporate agentic AI technology.”

Differentiation From The Competition

What differentiates the company from its competition? Levi-Neumark affirmed:

“Our AI SDR agent and AI calling agent are built on a foundation of data, constantly analyzing and refining sales strategies to ensure the right messaging reaches the right person. By leveraging vast amounts of data, our AI agents are able to identify and target the ideal ICP with precision, delivering highly relevant and personalized outreach. Unlike traditional sales tools, our AI solutions are designed to continuously improve, ensuring that sales teams get the most efficient, data-driven insights and strategies. Our AI agents are transparent about being AI, which actually allows them to build trust and engage effectively with prospects, optimizing sales and RevOps efforts.”

Future Company Goals

What are some of the future company goals? Levi-Neumark concluded:

“Our mission is to empower everyone on revenue teams to be a 10X version of themselves and save time on manual tasks. We plan to utilize the seed funding investment to expand into new markets, grow operations, scale R&D, and accelerate product development to meet increasing market demand from enterprise and mid-market customers. In fact, we are currently developing our newest AI agent, Greg, a Sales Assistant for Account Executives, to further bolster our workforce’s capabilities.  to empower x10 of themselves, saving them.”
