Alternative Wealth Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm founded by capital strategist and fund manager Kelly Ann Winget, announced a strategic evolution of its platform alongside a comprehensive visual rebrand as the firm expands its role within the private wealth ecosystem.

Founded in 2020, the firm initially launched as a private equity platform focused on expanding access to alternative investments. The company said the latest evolution reflects its transition toward a more integrated platform designed to support founders, family offices, and next-generation investors navigating increasingly complex financial decisions.

According to the firm, the platform aims to help investors coordinate investment opportunities with tax planning, estate considerations, and long-term capital strategy. The shift reflects a broader trend in private markets toward integrated wealth management approaches that combine investment sourcing with long-term financial structuring.

As part of the strategic shift, Alternative Wealth Partners also unveiled a new visual identity that includes a redesigned logo, refreshed brand positioning, and a newly updated website.

Winget founded the firm after more than a decade raising capital across alternative asset classes. Over the course of her career, she has helped raise nearly $1 billion in private capital across sectors including energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and emerging industries.

The firm builds diversified portfolios of non-correlated assets across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and supply chain businesses, areas the company believes are often overlooked by traditional investment funds but offer strong long-term growth potential.

Through its private equity funds, Alternative Wealth Partners seeks to provide individual investors access to institutional-grade investment opportunities that have historically been limited to institutional capital sources. The firm focuses on structuring deals with tax-efficient strategies and flexible capital structures aimed at generating durable long-term returns.

Alongside the strategic announcement, Winget has also received national and regional recognition. She was named to Inc.’s 2026 Female Founders 500, an annual list highlighting innovative women entrepreneurs across the United States. Companies represented on the 2026 list collectively generated approximately $12.3 billion in revenue in 2025.

Winget was also recognized as a 2026 Woman to KNOW in Texas, part of the KNOW Women global community that highlights female leaders driving impact across business and community leadership.

A nationally recognized speaker and author, Winget wrote the book Pitch the Bitch: Grab Your Financial Future by the Bags and regularly speaks on topics related to private markets, financial education, and expanding access to investment opportunities. She also serves as an advisor to the executive boards of 360 Venture Collective, Stella Foundation, and Fierce Foundry, and has been featured in media outlets including Worth, Forbes, Kiplinger, Crain Currency, Novogradac, and Business Insider.

KEY QUOTE:

“Private wealth has historically been built behind closed doors and managed through siloed advisory relationships. Our goal is to create a more integrated framework that helps investors think more holistically about how their capital is structured, deployed, and preserved over time. As investors accumulate wealth earlier in their careers, particularly founders and entrepreneurs, the questions they face become more complex than simply where to invest. It becomes about how to structure capital in a way that supports long-term goals, generational wealth, and meaningful legacy.”
