Alterome Therapeutics has appointed Johanna Mylet, CPA, Chief Financial Officer as the clinical-stage precision oncology company advances its pipeline of KRAS-targeting cancer therapies.
Mylet will oversee Alterome’s financial strategy and operations, including capital formation and allocation, financing activities, investor relations and growth initiatives.
She joins Alterome from Poseida Therapeutics, where she served as CFO from 2021 until the company’s acquisition by Roche in 2025.
Mylet joined Poseida in 2015 and held positions including Controller, Vice President and Senior Vice President of Finance before becoming CFO. During her tenure, she helped guide Poseida from company formation through its IPO and eventual sale to Roche.
She oversaw private financings, the IPO, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, ATM financings and debt offerings that collectively raised more than $500 million. She also helped establish collaborations with Roche, Astellas and Takeda that generated more than $500 million in non-dilutive capital.
Alterome is developing targeted therapies against oncogenic driver mutations. Its pipeline includes ALTA3263, a first-in-class oral KRAS-selective pan-mutant inhibitor designed to shut down KRAS activity in both its ON and OFF states.
The company has raised more than $231 million in venture capital to date.
