Amazon has introduced two new Bee personal AI devices, Bee Frontier and Bee Eclipse, expanding the company’s lineup of ambient AI products designed to capture conversations, surface useful information, and help users remember tasks and commitments.
Bee Frontier is a next-generation wearable that can be worn on the wrist or clipped to clothing. The device features dual microphones with noise filtering, IP67 water resistance, USB-C charging, and up to seven days of battery life. It is available in Onyx, Lavender, and Sage for $74.99.
Bee Eclipse introduces a different form factor, attaching magnetically to the back of a smartphone rather than being worn. Approximately the size of a credit card, Eclipse offers more than 21 days of battery life and is expected to start at $99.99 in Silver, Midnight, Honey, and Blush.
Both devices are designed to process conversations and convert them into summaries, reminders, insights, and to-do lists. Users manually activate the devices, with an indicator light showing when audio processing is active.
Bee is also expanding its software integrations. Customers can connect the service with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook, allowing Bee to identify action items, prepare draft follow-up emails, and create calendar invitations based on conversations. Integrations with Apple HealthKit and photos can provide additional context for wellness information and daily memories.
New integrations with Alexa+ and Amazon.com more closely connect Bee with Amazon’s broader ecosystem. Users who link Bee with Alexa+ can ask for conversation summaries, reminders, and other stored insights through compatible Echo devices. The Amazon.com integration can use items discussed in conversations to generate personalized product recommendations on Amazon and within Bee’s applications.
Amazon said Bee Frontier and Bee Eclipse use Bee Private Compute, which processes conversations within an isolated environment. According to the company, original audio is processed in real time and deleted rather than stored. Transcripts are encrypted with keys controlled by the user’s device, and users can delete transcripts and summaries.
Amazon is offering core conversation summaries, recaps, and 14-day memory with the purchase of a Bee device at no additional charge. Bee Pro costs $11.99 per month and adds features including unlimited recent conversation summaries, Alexa+ and Amazon.com integrations, third-party app integrations, suggested to-dos, daily memories, a personal chat assistant, conversation templates, and access to Bee’s desktop application. New Bee customers receive a 30-day trial of Bee Pro.
The products build on Bee Pioneer, the company’s earlier personal AI device, as Amazon expands Bee from standalone conversation intelligence
