AMC Robotics announced that it signed a lease agreement for a 6,150-square-meter manufacturing facility in Bắc Ninh, Vietnam.

The facility has been identified as a long-term hub for AMC Robotics’ production and operations in Southeast Asia. It will be operated by AMCV Company Limited, the company’s wholly owned Vietnamese subsidiary.

AMC Robotics said the facility represents an important step in its strategy to build scalable robotics manufacturing capabilities. The company is an AI-driven robotics solutions provider focused on developing intelligent hardware and software platforms for industrial use cases.

Phase 1 operations at the Vietnam facility will focus on production of NovaArm, the company’s robotic arm designed for high-load, high-precision warehouse sorting and industrial automation applications. AMC Robotics expects to complete the buildout and production line commissioning at the facility, with initial production targeted to begin in the second half of 2026.

The company expects to invest approximately $3.5 million in the buildout and equipment for the Vietnam facility through Phase 1.

The facility is being configured around standardized production lines for precision assembly. It will also include whole-machine calibration and automated end-of-line testing. AMC Robotics said this approach is intended to support consistent product quality, improve manufacturing yield, and enable cost-efficient volume production.

AMC Robotics also plans to use the facility’s manufacturing and testing infrastructure as a foundation for future expansion across its robotics portfolio. This includes future production of Kyro, the company’s quadruped robotic dog platform.

Kyro is designed to help industries automate inspection, security, and operational tasks through autonomous mobility and AI-powered perception.

By localizing manufacturing in Vietnam and standardizing its production and testing processes, AMC Robotics aims to establish a cost structure that can support improved unit economics as production volumes increase.

The Vietnam facility also supports the company’s broader strategy to integrate robotics hardware and AI software into a unified production and deployment platform.
