Ameribrands Acquires Construction And Hospitality Services To Expand National Hospitality Renovation Platform

By Amit Chowdhry • Apr 29, 2026

Ameribrands, a holding company delivering value-added solutions to multi-site brands nationwide, has acquired Construction and Hospitality Services, now rebranded as Commercial Hospitality Solutions, a national provider of hotel and hospitality property renovation services based in Melbourne, Florida.

The acquisition follows Ameribrands’ 2025 addition of Genesis Hotel Renovations, a similar national provider based in Plano, Texas, and further builds out the company’s hospitality division. CHS brings more than a decade of experience with over 100 clients nationwide across both residential and commercial projects. As part of the acquisition, CHS gains expanded back-office support across accounting, human resources, IT, and marketing. The transaction was completed in partnership with investment firm Little River Partners, which also assisted in the earlier Genesis acquisition. Ameribrands’ portfolio also includes Allied Stainless, Ameritech Facility Services, Access Pro Supply, and Adaptive Construction Management.

KEY QUOTES:

CHS is perfectly synergistic with our previous acquisition of Genesis, expanding our resources and growing our hospitality division. Our vision is to deliver fast, consistent, and exceptional large-scale renovation projects across the country, and we remain in acquisition mode, selectively pursuing similar hospitality focused businesses to expand and strengthen our platform.
