American Healthcare REIT has named Jon Crosier Chief Technology Officer, strengthening its enterprise data, analytics and technology infrastructure as the company expands its senior housing platform.
Crosier brings more than 18 years of enterprise data and technology leadership experience, including approximately a decade working across institutional real estate platforms.
He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Kilroy Realty and previously held technology leadership roles at Irvine Company.
At American Healthcare REIT, Crosier will lead development of the company’s enterprise data, analytics and technology capabilities.
His mandate includes building scalable infrastructure connecting portfolio-level information with property-level execution across AHR’s investment, strategic asset management, finance and operating partner ecosystem.
At Kilroy, Crosier led a technology organization of approximately 30 professionals spanning data and analytics, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, infrastructure and building technology.
He developed an enterprise data platform built on unified cloud architecture and a governed data foundation and established Kilroy’s enterprise cybersecurity and AI governance programs, including Board-level reporting on cyber risk.
During his tenure at Irvine Company from 2016 through 2024, Crosier developed a modern enterprise data platform spanning a 130 million-square-foot real estate portfolio and established a master data management strategy designed to unify data governance.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a graduate certificate in information technologies from New York University and is a Certified Information Security Manager.
AHR also announced the addition of Kate Jones as Corporate Counsel.
Jones will support securities reporting and corporate governance, including SEC filings, Board and committee matters, capital markets activity and transactions.
She joins from O’Melveny & Myers, where she advised public companies on securities reporting, governance, exchange listing requirements, registered offerings, at-the-market programs, private placements and M&A.
