Houston-based Americana Partners, an independent wealth management firm overseeing more than $12.1 billion in client assets, announced it has acquired NRT Consulting, a financial consulting and accounting firm, as it continues to expand its service platform.
The deal marks Americana’s third acquisition, following its March 2025 purchase of Boulevard Family Wealth in Beverly Hills and its October 2025 acquisition of Goodpasture Gray in Nashville. With the addition of NRT Consulting, the firm is broadening its capabilities beyond traditional wealth advisory services to include accounting and financial consulting support for clients’ businesses and personal holdings.
Founded in 2018, NRT Consulting serves a range of clients, including family offices, oil and gas producers, real estate funds, and startups. Its services focus on helping clients manage financial operations, including revenue tracking, income analysis, net profit reporting, bill pay, and cash flow forecasting.
Americana said the integration of NRT will enable it to provide a more comprehensive financial picture for clients by combining investment advisory services with in-house accounting and consulting capabilities. These services will be incorporated into the firm’s Family Office Services platform and will also be offered as a standalone option, separate from investment advisory services.
The acquisition reflects Americana’s broader strategy to build a full-service platform for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, including business owners and families seeking integrated financial solutions. The firm, founded in 2019 and headquartered in Houston, has grown rapidly and now serves clients across the United States, including a dedicated segment for Latin American ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Americana operates with support from Dynasty Financial Partners and positions itself as an independent firm able to deliver customized wealth management and family office services without the constraints of traditional corporate ownership.
