Ameriprise Financial announced that Pinnacle Wealth Management, an advisory team with more than $110 million in assets, has joined its independent channel from LPL Financial.

Based in Lafayette, Louisiana, the practice is led by Private Wealth Advisor Vincent Lauer and includes financial advisor Hank Morvant and support staff member Emily Currier. The team brings more than 55 years of combined industry experience and serves clients through comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services.

The move was driven by a desire to enhance the client experience and improve operational efficiency through Ameriprise’s integrated technology platform and service model. The firm’s digital capabilities allow clients to better view and engage with their financial information, while enabling advisors to streamline workflows and focus more on client relationships.

Ameriprise continues to attract experienced advisors through its Ultimate Advisor Partnership, which provides tools, support and flexibility designed to help advisors scale their businesses and deepen client relationships. Over the past five years, approximately 1,700 advisors have joined the firm.
