Amplitude has acquired InfiniGrow, an AI marketing analytics company, as the Nasdaq-listed analytics platform seeks to expand its AI-driven capabilities beyond product analytics into marketing and revenue use cases. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal adds technology designed to help marketing teams measure, forecast, and optimize how campaigns translate into revenue—an area where marketers often have abundant data but struggle to turn dashboard insights into decisions. Amplitude said InfiniGrow will help it evolve analytics from retrospective reporting into actionable insights that support planning, budget allocation, and business outcome optimization.
Amplitude positioned the acquisition as part of a broader push to more directly tie analytics to decision-making. The company said it is also strengthening the underlying data foundation for marketing analysis by “doubling down” on session-based analytics—making sessions a first-class concept across its platform and preserving session context over time—so teams can connect customer journeys to outcomes with greater accuracy and consistency.
InfiniGrow’s platform unifies marketing, sales, and financial data to provide real-time visibility into performance across channels and customer journeys. Amplitude highlighted InfiniGrow’s “what-if” analysis and scenario modeling as key capabilities, enabling marketers to test assumptions, evaluate tradeoffs, and iteratively plan with AI-driven forecasts.
Amplitude said the combination supports its AI vision, which includes embedded AI agents intended to help product, data, and marketing teams analyze and optimize digital experiences more quickly. The company counts more than 4,500 customers.
