Amulet Capital Partners has promoted Sam Brinkley to Partner as the healthcare-focused private equity firm continues building its investment capabilities across fertility, reproductive health and other healthcare markets.
Brinkley joined Amulet in 2020 as a Vice President and was promoted to Principal in 2024.
Since joining the firm, he has played a leading role in investments including US Fertility, Genetics & IVF Institute and TFP Fertility Group.
His responsibilities have spanned the investment lifecycle, including sourcing opportunities, evaluating businesses, executing transactions and working with management teams on longer-term strategic initiatives.
Brinkley’s promotion also reflects Amulet’s continued emphasis on fertility and reproductive health, an area where the firm has developed significant operating and investment experience.
Before joining Amulet, Brinkley worked as an Investment Associate at The Riverside Company and earlier worked at BlackArch Partners, a middle-market investment bank focused primarily on sell-side M&A.
